In the heart of San Michele Extra, just a few steps from activities and services, a majestic Venetian villa with a centuries-old park envelops us, giving ancient feelings in total privacy and quietness.
The residential complex acquired value in the 1700s thanks to the work of the architect Luigi Tezza, called by Scipione Nichesola. In the same century this property host also the Prince Eugene of Savoy in transit in the Verona area.
Elegance and noble charm accompany us inside the villa creating a magical atmosphere.
Inside one of the many halls stands a sixteenth-century fireplace that gives us a clear historical dating of the important past of this residence.
The manor house partially renovated in the 90s, of over 850 square meters of living space, offers: important spaces, high ceilings, exciting views of the park and refined boardrooms.
A further 850 square meters of residential buildings, 1200 square meters of warehouses and garages and 500 square meters of cellars are annexed to the main villa. All this gives this solution a great housing potential as a private residence as well as an accommodation facility.
The centuries-old park with a “barchessa” is a worthy frame for this magnificent unique solution in terms of features and location. All elegantly plugged in discretion and silence.
SAN MICHELE EXTRA
San Michele Extra is a neighbourhood of Verona, today a district incorporated in the inhabited centre, it is located in the eastern part of the city, a strategic position for its proximity to the city centre but also to the major communication routes such as the Verona Est motorway exit.
Dynamic neighbourhood full of shops and services, it extends to the Parco dell’Adige which enriches it with greenery and the possibility of outdoor activities.
Its curious name is due to the Roman origin "extra urbem", as the first district outside the Verona’s walls, a name that was preserved until 1300.
The pearl of architecture is the Church of San Michele Arcangelo dating back to the VIII century.
